Together, we believe we can cultivate a healthier future for everyone.

What is Milpa?
The milpa garden process involves a traditional agricultural technique practiced in Mesoamerica, where crops are rotated in a sustainable manner. Farmers clear a section of forest, cultivate it for several years, and then allow it to regenerate, which helps maintain soil fertility and biodiversity. The benefits milpa gardening include enhanced soil health, reduced pest populations, and increased crop yields, all while preserving the ecosystem. This method not only supports sustainable farming practices but also strengthens food security for local communities.
